At The Social Collective Therapy Group, we specialize in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, with a particular focus on Early Intervention using ABA principles of Child-Led Naturalistic Teaching. Our Services
ABA Therapy
ABA therapy is an evidence-based and proven method for children with an autism diagnosis and other developmental issues. It utilizes the science of learning and behavior to address real-life situations.
The Social Collective Therapy Group offers ABA therapy for children with autism, and aids families in navigating the challenges they may face. Our ABA providers assist children in overcoming daily obstacles, like communication barriers or social difficulties. Providing Services for children age 2-18 years old. The Social Collective Therapy Groups utilizes ABA practices such as Naturalistic Teaching, Discrete Trail Teaching and Positive reinforcement to Implement Effective ABA Therapy in Home and Community Settings.
Social Skills Groups
ABA social skills groups are structured programs designed to help individuals, often children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), develop and practice social interactions in a supportive setting. These groups use principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to teach and reinforce social behaviors such as communication, cooperation, and problem-solving. Sessions typically involve role-playing, modeling, and direct instruction, with opportunities for participants to practice skills in real-life scenarios. Group activities are tailored to the developmental levels and needs of the participants, ensuring individualized support. Data is collected to monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed. The ultimate goal is to enhance participants' social competence and confidence in various social settings.
Caregiver Training
Caregiver training in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) equips caregivers with the skills to support individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities. It covers the basics of ABA principles, behavioral assessment, and intervention strategies to teach new skills and manage challenging behaviors. Training includes methods for data collection, positive behavior support, and functional communication training. Caregivers also learn crisis management techniques and ethical guidelines to ensure professional and effective practice. The goal is to enable caregivers to consistently apply ABA techniques, improving outcomes for those in their care.
Student Supervision
BCBA fieldwork experience involves supervised practical training for individuals pursuing certification as Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). This experience requires a set number of supervised hours, during which trainees apply ABA principles in real-world settings. Supervision is provided by a qualified BCBA, who offers guidance, feedback, and mentorship. Trainees engage in activities such as conducting assessments, developing and implementing intervention plans, collecting and analyzing data, and making data-driven decisions. The fieldwork is designed to ensure that trainees gain hands-on experience and develop the necessary competencies to practice independently. Completing this supervised fieldwork is a crucial step towards eligibility for the BCBA certification exam
School Consultations
BCBA school consulting involves Board Certified Behavior Analysts working with educational institutions to support students with behavioral and learning challenges. These consultants conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify the reasons behind challenging behaviors and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs). They train and support teachers and staff in implementing ABA strategies, monitor the effectiveness of interventions, and make data-driven adjustments. BCBA consultants We also assist in creating individualized education programs (IEPs) and ensuring compliance with special education laws. Their goal is to improve student outcomes by promoting positive behaviors and enhancing learning environments.

Before services can begin all clients must have an official ASD Diagnosis and Physican Referral.

Schedule Intake Assessment
New families must schedule an initial assessment with our BCBA to begin your intake process. This step usually consists of caregiver interviews and an in-person assessment.

Begin Services
Once intake steps are complete and assessment is submitted to insurance for approval services can begin!
Meet the CEO
Welcome to The Social Collective Therapy Group! I’m Aja, a passionate and dedicated professional in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). With over 7 years of experience specifically in ABA and more than 15 years devoted to working with young children, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every interaction.
I hold a Master of Science degree in Psychology and am proud to be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). My specialization lies in Early Intervention Skill Acquisition and Behavior Reduction, particularly for children between the ages of 2 and 6 who are on the autism spectrum. I am committed to providing comprehensive and effective interventions tailored to each child’s unique needs, fostering growth and development in crucial early years.
In addition to direct services, I offer Parent Training to empower families with the tools and strategies they need to support their child’s progress at home. Consultation services are also available, allowing me to collaborate with educators, therapists, and other professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to treatment.
Furthermore, I provide Graduate Supervision, mentoring the next generation of ABA practitioners and equipping them with the skills and knowledge to make a positive impact in the lives of individuals with autism and related disorders.
